Stephanie Dougherty

Certified Speech-Language Pathologist
Stephanie earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Clarion University.
She has since gained more than 11 years experience working as a speech-language pathologist in a local public school, providing therapy to students from grades K-12. Stephanie has supervised numerous graduate clinicians from Penn State and Clarion University. She has continued her education, learning about LAMP (Language Acquisition through Motor Planning), Visual Phonics, and motor speech disorders. Stephanie has also presented to local MOPS groups, and most recently, to the speech and language department at Clarion University.

When she's not at the office, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, Derek, and their dog Maddie.
Kaylee Dougherty
Founder
Certified Speech-Language Pathologist
Following in her sister's footsteps, Kaylee also earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Clarion University.
She began her career providing Early Intervention services in the Murrysville, Delmont and surrounding areas of Westmoreland County. Kaylee spent the next four years as a speech-language pathologist in the public school setting before transitioning to private practice in 2017. She has experience in a wide variety of settings, including teletherapy, and has continued her education in the areas of Visual Phonics, motor speech disorders, and WISDOM Coaching. Kaylee has presented to local organizations, and most recently, the graduate students of Clarion University.

When she's not at Flourish Therapy, Kaylee can be found in the yoga studio or on an adventure with her pup Finley.
